The procedure aims to identify a delivery platform for the selection and pressing service of waste, in agreement OUT COMIECO, CER 15.01.01 (paper and cardboard packaging) and waste CER 20.01.01 (paper and cardboard waste), coming from the "selective proximity" and "Door to door" separate collection of the Municipality of Barletta

The object of the contract is to identify the delivery platform for the waste selection and pressing service in agreement WITH OUT COMIECO C.E.R. 15.01.01 (paper and cardboard packaging) and C.E.R. waste. 20.01.01 (paper and cardboard waste), coming from the separate collection "Selective proximity" and "Porta a Porta" of the Municipality of Barletta.

The service will concern the delivery, in the plant or in an authorized platform and transfer for the recovery of the exploitable materials present inside the "paper and cardboard packaging" – C.E.R. 15.01.01 and C.E.R. 20.01.01 waste (paper and cardboard waste) coming from the separate collection of urban waste in "Selective proximity" and "Door to Door" mode carried out by Bar.S.A. S.p.A. in the territory of the Municipality of Barletta.

Selection and treatment aimed at recovery means the set of operations, at a suitable plant, necessary for the selection - treatment - pressing into bales of the following types of waste:

• paper and cardboard (CER 20.01.01);

• paper and cardboard packaging (CER 15.01.01).

The waste, as indicated above, will be transported at the care and expense of Bar.S.A. S.p.A. with adequate means and already authorized to transport the waste in question, at the plant or on an authorized platform.

If the competitor is the owner of a reserving plant and must therefore use the treatment and recovery plant of third parties, the consideration of the contract must be understood as inclusive of the transport charges. The costs of transporting materials from the reserving plant to the treatment and recovery plant will therefore remain at the total expense of the successful tenderer.
