The purpose of this consultation is to provide the services necessary for the complete operation of the Centre Aquavallée real estate complex for public use, consisting of: A building and its surroundings including sports and relaxation facilities including a swimming and leisure pool, a balneotherapy relaxation area, a sports area squash room, a weight room and a multipurpose room. The consultation is divided into two lots: - lot no. 1: The operation of the center, including the organization, the supervision of the bathing, the organization of the courses and activity and the routine maintenance of the premises. - Lot 2: Maintenance of technical installations, including the supply of fluids, operation and maintenance of materials and equipment made available
