The subject of the contract includes collecting municipal waste from property owners in the city of Radzyń Podlaski, organizing, equipping and running a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in the area to which the contractor has a legal title, including running a Used Goods Exchange Point, equipping PSZOK with a computer, internet and a printer and operation of an IT program to operate PSZOK (provided by the Ordering Party), running a Customer Service Office in the city adapted to serve the disabled and collecting and managing waste from real estate managed by the City of Radzyń Podlaski.

The subject of the Order is:

1) receiving municipal waste in the territory of the City of Radzyń Podlaski from the owners of the property on which the inhabitants reside;

2) organizing, equipping and running a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in the city of Radzyń Podlaski (PSZOK), including the Used Goods Exchange Point;

3) transport of collected municipal waste and waste collected by the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point to waste treatment installations and waste recovery and disposal installations;

4) organizing and running a Customer Service Office in the city of Radzyń Podlaski, adapted to serve people with disabilities.

The town of Radzyń Podlaski has a population of approximately 12,220. Estimated number of single-family buildings is 2,700, multi-family buildings 88. Type of waste and estimated quantity:

1) paper - 192.18 Mg, 2 ) glass - 284.67 Mg, 3) metals and plastics - 434.92 Mg, 4) biodegradable waste - 1593.58 Mg, 5) ash - 320.18 Mg, 6) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste collected separately - 856.74 Mg, 7) bulky waste - 189.96 Mg, 8) municipal waste collected at PSZOK - 408.18 Mg.

The subject of the Order is:

1) receiving waste from street baskets;

2) receiving waste from the city market;

3) Receiving waste from the Palace and Park Complex;

4) receiving waste from the Radzyń Podlaski City Office;

5) receiving waste from the municipal building at 2 Army Krajowa Street;

6) receiving waste from the base of the City Office at 3 Park Street;

7) receiving waste from the cleaning of the city;

8) receiving waste from wild garbage dumps;

9) transport and management of waste in the Municipal Installation or utilization plant.

The type and estimated quantity; 1) paper - 10 Mg, 2) glass -10 Mg, 3) metals and plastics - 10 Mg, 4) biodegradable waste - 25 Mg, 5) unsegregated (mixed) waste (other separately collected) - 185 Mg.
