- System architecture

- Data model of simulation data

- Interface design

- Integration of the digital terrain model

- integration of weather data

- First pilot version

(2) to 12/2023: Land transport calculations

- Integration of reconstructed paths and infrastructure

- Integration of experimental data

- Implementation of model algorithms

- validation

- Expansion of the system

- Completion of the module/final tests

(3) to 12/2024: Water traffic calculations

- integration of reconstructed waterways

- Calculation of levels and flow conditions

- Integration of boat performance data

- Integration of the Open CPN simulation software

- Completion of the module/final tests

(4) to 6/2025: Building the entire system

- Merging the individual modules

- Integration of all experimental and archaeological/historical data

- Final simulation calculations & validation
