Elverum municipality shall enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of masses. The estimated value of the tender contest is NOK 10 800 000.

The tender contest includes four zones that are further described in the Appendix ‘fordelingsnøkkel’ (‘distribution key’). The tenderer must state the addresses of the stone crushing plants that are to be included in the tender (see the Appendix for addresses of stone crushing plants). Each of the zones has a star-marked midpoint. The transportation cost must be calculated from the designated rock-crushing plant to the relevant midpoint. The distribution is based on the municipality's total cost, including transportation costs of NOK 50 per km.

Total cost = Total price from the price sheet + number of km from the stated location to the midpoint of the zone * NOK 50.

The tenderer can submit tenders for several locations. All stated locations are competing in all four zones.

The Volume distribution between the zones based on historical data:

• Zone 1: 10 %,

• Zone 2: 10 %,

• Zone 3: 45 %,

• Zone 4: 35 %.

80 % of the gravel masses are collected and temporarily stored at the municipality's operations centre, located in zone 3. The remaining gravel masses are evenly distributed over the other zones.
