Acquisition of:

1. a fee-based service for a period of 5 years, including:

- a service accessible via the web (the so-called "platform") for the booking of workstations and shared use environments, based on a Software as a Service in cloud delivery model, in a pay-per-use logic, including the support application services integrated into the platform;

- a specialist support service to assist in the use of the various functions of the platform and the integrated application services;

2. A one-on-one service for initial setup, training activities and release activities into operation.

The starting price is € 552,000 (excluding VAT).
