The subject of this contract is the supply of electricity to the Municipality of Ujazd and its organizational units for the needs of street lighting and operation of buildings and the list of energy consumption points and detailed energy demand is attached as Annex 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract. The estimated demand of electricity in the period from 01.10.2023 to 31.12.2024 for the needs of street lighting and for the Ordering Party's facilities (Annex 1 to the SWZ) is: 1 680 815.00 kWh. The Ordering Party provides for a minimum purchase of at least 60% of the estimated amount of electricity. The Ordering Party declares that the energy consumption forecast indicated above and in Annex 1 to the SWZ is only an approximate value. The actual energy consumption measured in kWh may be lower than the energy consumption forecast indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ and will depend only on the actual needs of individual End Users.
