The present operation consists of restructuring the former Lycée des Métiers, West site of the high school multipurpose. The program of the operation aims to allow a new distribution of educational spaces programmed for a site shared by all, combined with a heritage renovation / construction of buildings and its site. The interventions on the Lycée des Métiers consist of the demolition, the construction and the complete restructuring of buildings. All interventions will be done in site occupied by drawer operations and will allow the operation of the entire establishment. This project is part of a high environmental quality approach. The phasing is planned in 7 phases.
