The subject of the contract is the transport of disabled students residing in the city of Jastrzębie-Zdrój in the school year 2022/2023 from the date of signing the contract / or from 1.04.2023 to 31.08.2023 on the route home - kindergarten / school / institution - home along with the provision of care during the journey in accordance with Article 39 paragraph 4 of the Act of 14.12.2016 Law on School Education.

The order includes the transport of students residing in the city of Jastrzębie-Zdrój to:

A.Part I – School and Preschool Complex for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Children in Katowice, Special School and Educational Center for Blind and Visually Impaired Youth in Chorzów, Rehabilitation and Education Center in Żory, School Complex No. 6 in Rybnik, Complex of School, Education and Rehabilitation Institutions in Wodzisław Śląski.

B.Part II – Primary School No. 5, Primary School No. 3, Primary School No. 23, School Complex No. 9 and Special Kindergarten located in the city.

The order includes the transport of students living in the city of Jastrzębie-Zdrój to: the School and Preschool Complex for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Children in Katowice, the Special School and Educational Center for Blind and Visually Impaired Youth in Chorzów, the Rehabilitation, Education and Education Center in Żory, the School Complex No. 6 in Rybnik, the Complex of School, Education and Rehabilitation Institutions in Wodzisław Śląski.
