The subject of the order is the delivery, together with transport, unloading and bringing to the Employer's warehouse of brand new or refurbished (with all movable and consumable elements replaced with brand new) consumables for printing and copying devices. The Purchaser does not allow consumables regenerated or copied in a way that violates Polish or EU law.

The Purchaser divided this contract into 2 lots, for which he submits partial bids for any number of lots:

Part I - gradual supplies of consumables for Lexmark devices,

II part - successive supplies of consumables for OKI, Kyocera, HP, Samsung, Xerox devices.

The list of the assortment making up the subject of the contract, including the qualitative description was included in the price forms for Part I and Part II contained in the Offer Form (Annex 1 to the ToR). The contracting authority envisages exercising the option right.

The subject of the order is the delivery, along with transport, unloading and bringing to the Employer's warehouse of brand new or refurbished (with all movable parts consumed with brand new) consumables for Lexmark printing and copying devices. The Purchaser does not allow consumables regenerated or copied in a way that violates Polish or EU law.

2. The list of the assortment making up the subject of the order, including the qualitative description was included in the price form for part I of the order, which is included in the Offer Form (Annex 1 to the ToR). Trademarks are for identification purposes, and the consumables indicated specify the original consumables recommended by the manufacturer of the device for which the material is intended. These materials should be treated as a model for consumables: their technical, operational, operational and quality parameters (e.g. toner yield, print quality).

3. The Purchaser requires the supply of consumables of the highest quality, meeting all the parameters specified in the specification of essential terms of the contract, of full value, compatible with the equipment for which they are intended, original or equivalent. If equivalent materials are offered, to confirm that the supplies offered meet the requirements specified by the contracting authority, the Contractor shall be obliged to submit the documents specified in Chapter VI, paragraph on request of the Ordering Party. 3 point 3.3. Terms of Reference.

4. The total number of consumable items for Lexmark devices is: 1248 items

5. The Awarding Entity informs that it envisages exercising during the performance of the contract the option right referred to in art. 34 section 5 of the Public Procurement Law, up to 15% of the value of the basic contract.
