The city of Laupheim intends to build a new daycare center on parcel no. 4238 in Laupheim.

The negotiated procedure is preceded by multiple commissioning after the competition has been completed. The 5 participants selected in the competition are commissioned with pre-planning services (partial services of service phase 2 in accordance with §34 HOAI) as part of multiple commissioning. Multiple commissioning takes place in a cooperative procedure with interim colloquium. It is not a planning competition. The FPW 2013 for participation in the negotiated procedure does not apply.
