1. The subject of the contract is the preparation, printing and delivery of an analytical report on running a business in the Malopolska Region and the investment potential of the region.

2. The study is to contain up-to-date information on the conditions for conducting business activity and the investment potential of the Malopolska Region. The topics will include: the characteristics of the region taking into account its investment potential and all aspects of running a business, types of companies, procedures for setting up a business, taxes, elements of labor law, SME support systems, including the Polish Investment Zone instrument. In addition: data on foreign trade, export volumes, trade regulations, export support, as well as information on the Małopolska IOB.

3. The order includes the preparation of a report in 3 language versions (Polish, English, Ukrainian) in electronic (pdf) and printed (Polish, English and Ukrainian) versions.

4. Number of copies: 200 pieces in English, 100 pieces in Polish, 100 pieces in Ukrainian.

5. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) constitutes Annex 1D to the SGM, it will be introduced as an annex to the public procurement contract.

6. The conditions for the performance of the contract are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the public procurement contract – contract template and constitute Annex 1C to the SGW (hereinafter referred to as the model contract).

7. The Contracting Authority shall specify that the Contractor shall be obliged to transfer to the Contracting Authority the author's economic rights to the performed works, in accordance with the contract.

8. Pursuant to the instruction resulting from Article 95 of the Act, the contracting authority specifies that it does not require the contractor or subcontractor to employ on the basis of an employment relationship persons performing activities in the field of performance of the contract, consisting in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 §1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1040, 1043 and 1495).
