Newcastle City Council is undertaking a procurement to appoint a service provider to deliver a Newcastle Harm Reduction Service. The Service will provide a range of harm reduction advice and information activities, access to sterile equipment, coordination of needle exchange, nursing advice and wound care, assertive outreach and sector wide training.
