The tender is for the provision of construction and inspection services to the customer under the terms and conditions specified in this invitation for 2019-2021 (option 2022). The construction and supervision projects are mainly related to the renovation and renovation projects related to the Kotka Hospital Project and other projects of Carea-Hospitals Ltd ranging from EUR 1,000,000 to 30,000,000. The terms of reference include the planning management of the construction projects, the tendering of public contracts and the preparation of contracts, as well as, where necessary, the tasks of site supervision, humidity management coordinator and occupational safety coordinator. The developer consultant cooperates with the developer organization of Carea-Hospitals Oy. The division of labor is agreed on a project-by-project basis. In order to ensure flexible cooperation, the place of work of the consultant of the developer is in connection with the construction organization of Carea-Sairaalat Oy in Kotka (40 h / week required). The service is ordered by Carea-Sairaalat Oy.
