The subject of the contract is the supply of devices for monitoring vital functions for the newly built Hospital Emergency Department of the Mazovian Specialist Hospital Sp. z o.o. in Radom specified in detail in Annex A to the SWZ. The scope of the contract also includes training of the medical and technical staff of the Ordering Party as well as warranty and service services related to the subject of the Delivery, specified in the draft provisions of the contract.

The material scope of the task includes:

1. Patient monitor - 25 pcs.

2. Patient's vital signs monitor – 10 pcs.

3. Central monitoring station – 3 pcs.

4. Vital signs monitor compatible with TOPSOR system – 2 pcs.

5. Medical trolley for vital signs monitor – 2 pcs.
