Joinery according to DIN 18355

New construction of a reinforced concrete elevator shaft within a listed reinforced concrete skeleton building with three storey levels. In the run-up to the work, the supporting structure was completely renovated by a concrete repair company and the ceiling openings for the elevator shaft were made.

In preparation for the subsequent expansion, the contractor must also create various masonry sections and core holes as well as wall and ceiling openings within the reinforced concrete structure.

Type and expected scope of the service:

approx. 65 m2 Stb wall surfaces (elevator shaft)

approx. 14 m2 Stb ceiling surfaces (elevator shaft)

approx. 80 m² masonry

approx. 1 steel door, T30

approx. 60 m2 demolition masonry

Execution plus. other smaller demolition and shell construction work, such as the creation of breakthroughs, core drilling, demolition of non-load-bearing MW walls, lining of wall openings and Stb work in individual areas.
