Structural engineering for the new rescue centre in Losheim am See, service phases 1 up to and including 6 of the performance sheet structural engineering according to § 51 HOAI in conjunction with annex 14.1 to HOAI.
The municipality of Losheim am See intends to build a rescue centre in the district of Losheim. The volunteer fire brigade Losheim and the DRK rescue station are to be housed in this rescue centre. For the construction of the building, a site on the southwestern outskirts of Losheim north of L.I.O. 157 (Merziger Straße) will be newly developed.
The approximately 1.5 hectare plan area is located at the southwestern entrance to the district of Losheim. It is located on Merziger Straße (L.I.O. 157) and the track system of the Losheim Museum Railway.
The gross floor area of the building to be planned will be around 3,000 m
For the realization of the project, the service phases 1 to 6 of the structural engineering performance specification in accordance with § 51 HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 14.1 are advertised to HOAI.
The new building of the fire station can be seen as an independent project. The attached rescue guard of the DRC is not part of the project. These buildings will be self-directed by the DRC.
