The subject of the contract is the performance of services consisting in the collection, transport of municipal waste mixed and separately collected from real estate inhabited in the area of the municipality of Koźmin Wielkopolski within the meaning of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297, as amended) in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of Koźmin Wielkopolski, as well as other provisions of generally applicable and local law.

As part of the management of municipal waste mixed and separately collected from real estate inhabited in the koźmin Wielkopolski commune, the entity collecting the waste is obliged to transfer it to the Wielkopolska Recycling Center – Spółka z o. o. in Jarocin, Witaszyczki, Mariusza Małynicza 1, 63-200 Jarocin.

The subject of the contract includes the collection of the following municipal waste divided into:

1. Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,

2. Municipal waste separately collected into:

(a) paper, including paperboard, paperboard and paperboard packaging,

(b) metals, including metal packaging, plastics, including plastic packaging, multi-material packaging,

c) colored glass, including colored glass packaging,

(d) clear glass, including colourless glass packaging,

(e) biowaste

(f) ash and slag from domestic hearths.

(h) waste batteries and accumulators
