The Gustav-Meyer-Schule (GMS) at Kohlfurter Str. 22 in Berlin Kreuzberg consists of a total of 3 components. The all-day school is 2 classes from grades 1-12 with over 150 students with a focus on "mental development".

For the renovation of the Gustav Meyer School and interim measures in the Jens Nydahl School opposite, planning services are to be awarded for two properties in accordance with the Fee Schedule for Architects and Engineers (HOAI 2013) Part 4 Specialist Planning, Section 2 Technical Equipment.
In accordance with § 53 ff HOAI, service description technical equipment in conjunction with Annex 15, the order includes the following service phases:
Performance level 2 according to ABau:
LPH 3 Design Planning
LPH 4 Approval Planning
LPH 5 Implementation Planning (incl. slot and breakthrough planning, plant groups 1 to 8 -> M 1:50)
The contract includes the following plant groups for the Gustav-Meyer-Schule property:

System group 2: Heat supply systems (WVA) Honorary zone (HZ) II
Plant group 3: Ventilation systems (LTA), Honorary Zone (HZ) II
System group 4: Power systems (SSA), Honorary Zone (HZ) II
Attachment group 5: Telecommunications and information technology installations (FMI), fee zone (HZ) II
Asset group 6: Conveyor systems (FÖA), Honorary Zone II
Plant group 7: usage-specific and process plants, honorary zone (HZ) II
System Group 8: Building automation (GA), Honorary Zone II.

The following special achievements are to be awarded:
LPH 3 - Familiarization with the preliminary planning documents and property inspection - Flat rate
LPH 3 - Updating a Technical Room Book - Flat Rate
LPH 3: Preparatory work for the creation of an overall ecological concept, e.g. statements on materials used (environmental compatibility, sustainability, recyclability) and energy supply.
It is expected that, from work phase 8 onwards, in addition to the project management, the lead processors of the service areas HVS, telecommunications and electrical engineering and, if necessary, other plant groups will also take part in weekly project meetings in Berlin. Travel expenses will not be reimbursed. On-site monitoring of the property must be ensured.
The basis of the assignment is the enclosed model contract of ABau with the annexes to § 3: Specific performance obligations, separated into the attachment groups 1, 4, 5, 7, 8 and the attachment groups 2, 3 and 6. Other components of the contract include the General Contractual Provisions (GTC). The procedures set out in ABau must be followed.
The assignment takes place in service levels, initially with performance level 2. The client reserves the right to limit the assignment to partial services of individual service levels or to individual sections.
