Construction of a two- and three-storey administration building (new construction of the road traffic office in Gummersbach) with approx. 4,450 m² gross floor area including the construction of the associated outdoor facilities with parking spaces.

The tendered service includes all work for the creation of the ventilation and air conditioning technology including trial operation and maintenance work during the warranty period.
