The subject of the contract is agency services for the conception, organization and implementation of the competition for the awarding of the German Occupational Safety and Health Award - Good Practice Solutions for Safety and Health at Work, including adequate public relations.
The German Occupational Safety and Health Award (DASP) is an initiative of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (BMAS), the State Committee for Occupational Safety and Health (LASI) and the German Social Accident Insurance (DGUV). It is part of the Joint German Occupational Safety and Health Strategy (GDA), in which the Federal Government, the Länder and the accident insurance institutions bundle their activities in the field of occupational safety and health.
The DASP is intended to publicise particularly effective and innovative occupational health and safety measures and products and to present them to the public as good examples. Prizes are awarded for innovative products and systematic process solutions aimed at maintaining the health and safety of employees in the workplace.

The contractor is obliged to design the competition for the DASP and to carry it out, including preparation and follow-up, in accordance with the service description and the other contract documents and to accompany it with press and public relations work tailored to the target group.
The service is provided in four modules, some of which are to be provided one after the other and some in parallel.
Two competitions for the years 2023/2024 and 2025/2026 are to be carried out by the contractor.
