The subject of the contract is the execution of construction and assembly works after the development of design and cost estimate documentation for – construction of a temporary container camp with the necessary accompanying infrastructure in the "design and build" system in Załuski – Załuski's task. As part of the contract, the following should be prepared: design and cost estimate documentation along with obtaining relevant administrative decisions and arrangements allowing for the implementation of construction works, implementation of construction and assembly works in accordance with the adopted construction documentation.

Design studies should be made divided into:

- classified part with the clause RESTRICTED: land development project with underground infrastructure (networks and connections to the facility), including telecommunication ducts, technical design of the teletechnical industry regarding ICT systems and systems alarm,

- non-confidential part: in the scope of other design studies (without the designed ICT infrastructure and alarm systems).

The design documentation should contain at least the following studies: update of the situational and altitude map of the area for design purposes, a closed area development project with the clause RESERVED, a land development project for an open area (if necessary), architectural and construction design, technical designs of each industry, including the teletechnical industry project RESTRICTED clause, project of greenery inventory and stand management within the planned investment together with the project of replacement plantings (if necessary), decision of the relevant office permitting the felling of trees (if necessary), decision on environmental conditions for the implementation of a public purpose investment (if necessary), decision on determining the location of a public purpose investment (if necessary), decision excluding land from agricultural production (if necessary), design of technological arrangement with equipment and data sheets, workshop projects (if necessary), guidelines for the development of fire safety instructions for the facility under construction, fire event scenario, traffic organization project within the facility under construction, guidelines for the development of instructions for the operation of equipment and equipment for which an instruction manual is required, inventory of the condition of the existing area, connections and networks within the task being carried out with use for design purposes, balance of demand for utilities using in the design of connections, water and legal survey with an appropriate decision on rainwater drainage (if necessary), energy characteristics of buildings, geological surveys along with geotechnical documentation of the foundation of individual buildings, roads and maneuvering yards, technical specification of execution and acceptance of works separately for individual industries, BIOZ plan, necessary administrative decisions allowing to carry out construction works specified in the construction project, obtaining (if necessary) at one's own expense and through one's own efforts other necessary conditions, design studies, decisions and arrangements resulting during work with other institutions and entities, bills of quantities for each industry, investor's cost estimates detailed for each industry, Task Cost Statement (ZKZ);

The subject of the contract is described in detail in Annexes 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 to the SWZ.

2. Place of performance of the subject of the contract: closed area - located within 34 Załuski; 22 WOG Olsztyn.

3. The Contractor shall provide a guarantee for the subject of the contract, i.e. the works performed and the equipment installed for a period of at least 36 – maximum 60 months.

4. The Contractor shall provide a guarantee for the delivered equipment for the period: minimum 24 – maximum 36 months.

5. Warranty period: 60 months – according to Article 568 § 1 of the Civil Code

6. Required deadline for the performance of the contract with obtaining a material effect:

- design and cost estimate documentation – from the date of signing the contract until 29.10.2023;

- construction works – from the date of signing the contract until 29.03.2024
