Property damagethis lot covers the insurance of the real estate heritage of the city of Decines-Charpieu and its Ccas, as well as its content against all the risks covered by the guarantees detailed in the Cttp 2022 12 01
General civil liabilitythis lot covers the consequences of the civil liability of the city of Decines-Charpieu and its Ccas because of its heritage of which it is the owner or guardian, its staff, the implementation, management and execution, its skills and activities including in case of faults, omissions, clumsiness or errors when it is an event or damage not excluded below
Juridic protectionthis lot covers: the defense of the insured in the event of an amicable or contentious claim and the recourse that the insured must bring to obtain compensation for damage, the restitution of property, the recognition of non-prescribed rights or any other compensation
fleetthis lot guarantees the vehicle fleet of the City of Decines-Charpieu and its Ccas against all the risks that are the subject of the guarantees detailed in the Cctp 2022 13 04.Au the meaning of French law: it is provided for 1 possible additional service (Pse) mandatory for lot No. 4 "Car fleet". Statutory rightsthis lot covers all the obligations of the community arising from the legal texts governing the statutory risk of territorial civil servants, including Decree 2019-122 of 21 February 2019 defining leave for temporary disability attributable to service (Citis).
