For this measure, funds are provided by the state government of North Rhine-Westphalia.

The subject matter of the award procedure is the measure of energetic refurbishment of the quad hall Deichtorstraße: In this award the carpentry work / interior doors will be tendered.

The sports hall has 1 lower and 1 ground floor on a floor space of approx. 50.00m x 60.00m. With a building height of about 7m above and 3,50m below ground level. The building is being extensively renovated. The creation takes place under difficult conditions within a water protection zone. Appropriate water protection measures must be taken to perform the services.

Trade: joinery work to the following extent:

Inner doors:

- Inner door element of door leaf and frame, single-leaf, dull, in MW, different widths - 64 pieces;

- Fire and smoke protection element, T30-1-RS, of door leaf and frame, single-leaf, dull, in MW, different widths - 8 pieces;

- Allowance stainless steel threshold - 8 pieces;

- Fire and smoke protection element, T30-2-RS, made of door leaf and frame, double-leaf, dull, in MW, different widths - 1 piece;

- Allowance stainless steel sill - 1 piece;

- Sliding door system for disabled WC systems (installation on the wall), 1-wing, special size, sliding door drive - 4 pieces;

- Protection of protective wings, ESG - 2 pieces.

Maintenance work (separate assignment):

- Maintenance / servicing of door systems with smoke and / or fire protection quality - 4 years;

- Maintenance / servicing of sliding door systems - 4 years

Vanity shelves:

- Full core plates, HPL, thickness approx. 12mm, dimensions: 60cm x 240cm, incl. Front fold in 15cm height - 16 pieces;

- Allowance for making elliptical openings for on-site sinks - 48 pieces;

- Allowance for fittings - 48 pieces;

- Allowance for reinforcements made of tubular steel - 16 pieces.
