The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste generated and collected from all properties on which residents live, located within the administrative boundaries of the Tarnów Municipality, divided into three sectors:
Sector I north-east including the following villages: Wola Rzędzińska I, Wola Rzędzińska II, Jodłówka-Wałki.
Sector II south-west comprising the villages and settlements of: Tarnowiec, Zawada, Nowodworze, Łękawka, Radlna, Poręba Radlna, Koszyce Małe
Sector III west including the following villages: Koszyce Wielkie, Zbylitowska Góra, Zgłobice, Biała, Błonie.
The scope of the contract concerns only the collection of municipal waste from properties residing in the Municipality of Tarnów and the management of the collected waste, through recovery or disposal, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate recycling levels.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for its performance are specified in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ "Description of the subject of the contract" and the contract.
