As part of the renovation and partial conversion of a school building from the 1970s, manufactured in large panel construction, not basement, 4 full floors, as well as a largely free-standing building with a swimming pool system, manufactured in conventional construction, basement, 1 full floor, the following construction services are awarded in public tender:

- Roof waterproofing work (execution 24.04.2023 to 12.07.2023)

The execution of the roof waterproofing work includes:

Dismantling of existing waterproofing of school building House B

- Dismantling sealing bitumen membrane two-layer, approx. 990m2

- Dismantling tar board, glass fleece, HPL plates, polystorol approx. 990m2

- Dismantling slope concrete approx. 290m3

- Apply vapour barrier horizontally / vertically 1200 m2

- Insulating layer as slope insulation layer 1300 m2

- 2-layer composite waterproofing polymer bitumen membrane 1300 m2

- Fall protection
