LVNL wants to renew its national data communication network. The purpose of the tender is to contract a single supplier for the provision of the managed data communication services. By investing the services with one supplier, it becomes possible for LVNL to realize the realization and management of the network with a minimum of resources and to keep it operational. For this purpose, LVNL Ethernet VPN wants to purchase services from one supplier.

The service assignment includes the following elements:

1. Realizing and maintaining managed standard Ethernet VPN services so that LVNL can connect its Dutch locations and meet the high-quality technical requirements that LVNL sets here. Including any excavation required for the construction of fiber optic infrastructure to the LVNL locations;

2. Providing and maintaining an administrator (dashboard) functionality of the technical services provided, which includes indicators regarding maintenance, incident reports and monthly service reports;

3. Realization of adds/moves/changes on technical services, carried out in accordance with compliance rules from LVNL (documentation and test reports [incl. technical requirements]);

4. Providing Service management on the services according to ITIL, focused on Service Operations and Service Transition.
