Furniture, delivery and assembly1.The subject of the contract is the purchase, delivery and assembly of equipment for the Ecological Education Center – Egzotarium in Sosnowiec located at 116 Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego Street.
2.The description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 2 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract [hereinafter: "OPZ"].
3.The minimum warranty period required is 60 months. The warranty period will be counted from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol by the Ordering Party – it applies to all parts of the contract.
4.The contract is co-financed from the Regional Operational Programme of the Silesian Voivodeship for the years 2014-2020 (European Regional Development Fund) for the priority axis: V.
