In 2015, the Department of Savoy acquired the open source solution for Electronic Document Management (GED) Alfresco Content Services. The Alfresco Content Services solution has been used in production since 1.1.2017 for the electronic management of documents of type: accounting documents (by interface with Wide-Angle software), public procurement coins (by interface with Marco Web software), reports and deliberations of the Departmental Council (by interface with the Oxyad software), files awaiting electronic signature by iparaphor, photos, hydrogeological studies (drinking water). In 2021, the Department of Savoy wishes to migrate this solution to the free Alfresco Community version. The framework agreement subject to this CCTP is intended to meet this desire by making Alfresco Content Services subscription costs possible, as part of a variant.
