The service provider will be responsible for operating the Aquanor intercommunal aquatic and leisure center located in Champ-Fleuri in the town of Saint-Denis.

Lot 1: operation of the Aquanor intercommunal aquatic and leisure center.

Lot 2: maintenance of the green spaces of public car parks and exterior plazas, and of the vegetated beaches and interior solarium will be launched subsequently according to the so-called small batch procedure of article R. 2123-1 of the CCP.

The estimated total value below relates to lot 1 only.
