The purpose of this framework agreement is the maintenance and repair of collective playgrounds, fitness and sports courses under the jurisdiction of Saint-Quentin-En-Yvelines, that of the municipalities that are members of the group of orders (Les Clayes-Sous-Bois, La Verrière, Magny-Les-Hameaux and Maurepas) and that of the leisure island. The coordinator of the grouping of orders is Saint-Quentin-En-Yvelines for the operations of awarding the framework agreement. The implementation of the framework agreement is then taken over by each community. The framework agreement is composed of two types of services: - preventive maintenance, at unit prices;- corrective maintenance, at unit prices. The detailed description of the services and their technical specifications are indicated in the Special Technical Clauses (Cctp) and its annexes.
