This consultation concerns the management of the City's parking facilities:

— lot no. 1: management, maintenance and operation of the public underground parking place Pierre Mendès France;

— lot 2: maintenance of time stamps, collection and management of parking rights.

Candidates will be able to submit an offer for one or more prizes.

The terms of remuneration are defined by lot:

— lot 1: management, maintenance and operation of the public underground parking place Pierre Mendès France: flat price;

— lot 2: maintenance of timestamps, collection and management of parking rights: mixed prices, without mini maxi for the part with purchase orders.

The services are paid by application of a total and flat-rate price.

— flat rate: preventive maintenance, collection and management of parking rights (details in the FPGF);

— unit prices: corrective maintenance, removal and installation of time stamps (details in the BPU).
