The purpose of this tender is to contract a maximum of three contractors for the supply of books for all locations of Zuyd University of Applied Sciences.

This includes the following sub-goals:

• Guarantee the quality of the service as well as possible. This is expressed on the one hand in offering the widest possible range of books, on the other hand in a customer-oriented approach in which clear communication and thorough account management is a prerequisite;

• To contract a maximum of three parties who think along and give substance to a carefree implementation of the delivery of books;

• Contract up to three parties that deliver a user-friendly webshop where Zuyd employees can order books in a user-friendly way.

The expected size of the framework agreements is approximately € 120,000 excl. VAT per year. With an intended maximum term of 4 years, this means a total (indicative) contract value of approximately € 480,000 excl. VAT during the (maximum) contract period of four years (two years and twice one option year). No rights can be derived from this statement.
