Contracting authority has a one-sided, optional extension option of one (1) times one (1) year.

For different layers within the organization, the Contracting Authority makes annual use of staff who are not employed by the Contracting Authority or flexible external staff. Contracting authority does not employ different types of personnel and has classified this tender into two (2) lots:

1. Hiring technical staff.

2. Hiring self-employed freelancers and other external staff (broker services).

The following project objectives have been set for this tender:

• Right and- effective external hire;

• Develop partnership;

• Transparent and fair cost methodology for Contracting Authority and Tenderer;

• Limit number of suppliers and administrative burdens.

The purpose of the Contracting Authority is to select and contract one (1) Tenderer for the supply of technical staff during an initial period of three (3) years. Contracting authority has a one-sided, optional extension option of one (1) times one (1) year.
