interventions financed by the Decree of the Ministry of Sustainable Infrastructure and Mobility no. 363 of 23 September 2021 ("DM MIMS"), issued in implementation of art. 1, of Legislative Decree 59/2021, converted into Law no. 101/2021, with reference to the intervention program for the upgrading of regional railway lines.

- Supply of n. 5 hydrogen railcars euro 65,000,000.00, plus VAT, based on the resources of DM MIMS 363/2021;

- Full service option for 5 railcars € 3,500,000.00, from operating funds;

- Option of n. 3 hydrogen railcars € 39,000,000.00, plus VAT, from any additional resources that may be made available as part of the experimentation of the hydrogen rail transport system;

- Full service option for 3 railcars, euro 2,100,000.00, from operating funds.
