The subject of the contract is the execution of acoustic adaptation and electro-acoustic installation in the courtroom of the Court of Appeal in Łódź. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in particular in Annexes 4 and 5 to the SWZ. The description of the subject of the contract contains minimum requirements, the fulfillment of which is obligatory. Failure to meet the described minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the contract pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the PPL.

Delivery with assembly, tuning and commissioning of a complete digital electroacoustic system for servicing Courtrooms II and III located in the building of the Court of Appeal in Łódź at al. Kościuszki 65 consisting of: wireless conference desks, wireless microphones, wired microphones, sound systems and necessary accessories.
