The purpose of this tender is to procure the services of a knowledge transfer expert to:

• Identify and develop knowledge transfer opportunities/activities for the knowledge

and outputs generated by EPA-funded research projects to better inform policy

development and implementation that is readily usable by end-users.

• Implement the agreed knowledge transfer activities.

• Develop performance indicators and targets to monitor, measure and evaluate the impacts of the activities.

• Develop guidance materials and deliver training on knowledge transfer to EPA funded researchers.

• Develop guidance materials and deliver training on knowledge transfer activities to the EPA Research Programme team.
