The scope of the object of the contract includes the total quantities of work on forest farming and conservation, logging and breaking of timber and animal species protection resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex No 3.1. — work size by group of activities; Annex No 3.2 — timber collection sortyment system; Annex No 3.3. — statement of difficulty and obstruction coefficients and spun zones and distances. The material ranges set out in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.3. are estimated.

The implementation of the works included in the subject of the order for individual Packages will take place in the forestry area - appropriate for the given Package ("Package Implementation Area"). Indicated in Annexes 3.1. - 3.3. the location (forest address) of individual forest works falling under the Subject Matter of the Agreement is preliminary. The location (forest address) of individual works falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement will be specified in the Order referred to in point 3.3. item 1), with the proviso that it will always be the Package Implementation Area.
