Comment: Definition of cold link is reminded the bidder that the cold link is a very short preservation process.

The various alteration phenomena (enzymatic action, microbial proliferation, oxidation) are only considerably slowed down but not stopped.

Food is stored in a specific cold room by product category below +7 o C and transported to a relay kitchen by insulated truck below +7 o C.

School meals (of all types) shall be delivered, preferentially in bulk and in cold bond, to schools, at places determined by the contracting authority. In the event of implementation of a General Emergency and Communal Response Plan (PGUIC), any requests for additional meals made must be made at the price proposed by the successful successful tenderer.
