The AOK Rheinland / Hamburg - Die Gesundheitskasse (hereinafter referred to as the client) writes the implementation of relocation and transport measures at and between 98 locations of the AOK Rheinland / Hamburg in the administrative districts of Cologne and Düsseldorf and the city of Hamburg in the form of an EU-wide, open award procedure , the proper storage of parts of the move and disposal of excess furniture. The award takes place as a framework agreement in accordance with § 21 VgV with a contractual partner, because the framework conditions with regard to the exact scope of the relocation services and the times of the relocations cannot currently be precisely defined.

From the planned start of services on January 1, 2021, the contractor can expect individual orders to be placed. The expected order volume of the framework agreement is around EUR 2 million net. There is no acceptance obligation on the part of the client or the commitment to a certain volume or a certain number of moves. The client has the right to unilaterally change the source and target assignment according to its operational requirements, possibly also at short notice.

The object of performance is the implementation of removals / transports as well as the implementation of the ancillary work required in this context (e.g. dismantling, assembly) of:

- furniture,

- IT hardware (workplace equipment),

- moving boxes with work equipment of the employees,

- files (archive files and current files),

- Other items of equipment.
