The objective of this public contract is to conclude a framework agreement with a single reliable supplier per lot in the field of stand construction (rental and supply, installation, logistical and technical organization) to have the most efficient infrastructure. efficient and as flexible as possible for the various actions of the LN in Flanders, Wallonia and Brussels.
The Market is subdivided into two lots:
- lot 1: stands for events in Flanders;
- lot 2: stands for events in Wallonia and Brussels.

This is a two-phase procedure.
The examination and selection of applications will be based on the selection guide (phase 1). Only selected candidates will be invited to submit an offer (phase 2).
The final date of 23.2.2021 before 11:00 am is the closing date for the submission of application files only.
This means that it is only your response for phase 1 (selection phase) that must be entered via the e-Tendering platform.

Stands for events in FlandersFor each lot, this contract concerns the rental, assembly and dismantling and maintenance of two modular stands according to dimensions and products, and the production of visibility specific to the various products of the National Lottery.
The stands rented by the National Lottery must have flexible visibility depending on the product it wishes to promote (Win for Life, Lotto, EuroMillions, etc.).
The size of the stands may vary according to the agreements concluded between the National Lottery and the event organizers, depending on the available floor space on site.
