4.4 Before signing the contract, the Ordering Party undertakes to provide:

2. Certificates of assigning NIP and REGON
3. Documents appointing the Head of the Konopiska Commune and the Treasurer of the Konopiska Commune
4.5 The description of the subject matter of the contract does not require taking into account accessibility for persons with disabilities, and there are no regulations in the scope of Article 100(1) of the Public Procurement Act.
