The district of Lower Franconia intends to award engineering services within the framework of construction maintenance for the specialist planning of technical building equipment on the properties in the Schweinfurt, Werneck, Bad Kissingen area for the years 2023 to 2027. The properties in the Schweinfurt, Werneck, Bad Kissingen area consist of:
- District Hospital Schloss Werneck: Hospital for Psychiatry, Psychotherapy and Psychosomatic Medicine; Orthopedic Hospital; Homes: Albert-Schweitzer-Haus, Haus Schönborn, Werntal-Wohngemeinschaft; Vocational School for Nursing
- Thorax Center Münnerstadt
- Haus Windsburg in Münnerstadt, home furnishings
- Psychiatric Institute Outpatient Clinic Schweinfurt (PIA)
- Day Clinic for Psychiatry Schweinfurt
Essentially, these are building construction measures for hospitals and homes or similar objects. The services are to be provided for renovation measures, conversions, modernizations, maintenance and repair measures as well as smaller new construction measures with a construction cost volume of approx. EUR 50 to 500 thousand gross in individual cases. The measures can be limited to a single building trade or include several interconnected building trades of different specialist planning.
The qualities and technical equipment should correspond to the current state of the art as well as the current possibilities of a consumption-optimized design. Observance of and compliance with the applicable regulations, the relevant standards and guidelines for hospitals or care facilities. The funding principles of economic efficiency and economy must be adhered to.
HLS: Technical planning of technical equipment HLS according to HOAI 2021 § 53 Plant group 1 + 2 + 3 + 7 + 8The subject of the procedure is the technical planning of technical equipment - Lot 1 - HLS:
- Engineering services according to HOAI 2021 Part 4, Section 2, § 53 ff.
- Plant group 1 + 2 + 3 + 7 + 8 according to HOAI 2021 § 53
- Basic services of LPH 1 - 9 according to § 55 HOAI
- The framework agreement is concluded for 4 years with the option of extension for a further 2 years.
- Each individual measure is provided as an individual order within the framework agreement.
- The client reserves the right to limit the commissioning to partial services per LPH or special services in accordance with Annex 15.1 HOAI, depending on the requirements of each individual measure.
- There is no legal entitlement to the commissioning of all basic and/or special services.
Note: With the entry into force of the new version of the HOAI 2021 on 01.01.2021, the commitment to minimum and maximum rates is lifted. The fee tables of the HOAI 2021 show orientation values. The fee is based on the agreement that the contracting parties make in text form. The AG points out that according to § 7 HOAI a higher or lower fee than the orientation values specified in the fee tables of the HOAI can be agreed. If no agreement has been made, the respective basic fee rate shall be deemed agreed for the basic services.
