The supply of electrical energy (with proof of origin) in the form of three-phase and alternating current with a frequency of about 50 Hz is tendered “free operation” with rouding pricing and coupling to the settlement quotes of the Leipzig power exchange EEX AG (European Energy Exchange) to supply 3,308 purchase points and a forecasted tendering volume of approximately 176 418 238 kWh/year in various grid areas and control areas throughout the Federal Republic of Germany.
The Bundesanstalt für Immobilienaufähen (Federal Agency for Real Estate Assignments) procures as part of its own business and as a representative in the context of an external transaction on behalf of and for the account of the institutions involved (see point I.1 of the Additional Terms of Contract
