Part I - Supply (operating leasing) of a brand new garbage truck for collecting biodegradable waste.

Part II - Supply (operational leasing) of a brand new garbage truck for the collection of bulky waste.

Delivery of a brand new car for collecting biodegradable waste for Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej Sp. z o. o. in Stargard includes:

1) delivery of a complete, brand new vehicle to the headquarters of the Employer at ul. Bogusław IV in Stargard. All costs and risks related to the delivery of the subject of the contract, including the costs of loading, unloading of transport, insurance during transport, etc. shall be borne by the Contractor;

2) issuing on the day of delivery of appropriate full documentation admitting the vehicle to road traffic in Poland as a special vehicle, i.e. in particular:

a) vehicle approval certificate (valid on the day of delivery),

b) registration of the vehicle by the lessor and submission of documents (registration document, declaration of consent to the use of the vehicle by the Employer) on the day of receipt of the vehicle;

3) preparation on the day of delivery of the device operating instructions in Polish: technology and health and safety at work, including failure prevention and removal of the consequences of failure;

4) providing warranty and post-warranty service;

5) training employees of the Employer at the headquarters of the City Purification Plant in Stargard, in the field of handling the delivered vehicle - min. 4 hours of training, the Employer reserves the right to cancel part of the training hours in the absence of the need to continue it. The training will end with writing a report on its implementation;

6) all Contractors are obliged to submit together with the offer a description of the technical parameters of the offered vehicle (descriptions, photographs of products to be delivered, the authenticity of which must be confirmed by the Contractor);

7) The contractor after awarding the contract in the lease contract he submits must have the entry: "In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this leasing contract and the Terms of Reference, the provisions of the Terms of Reference shall prevail."

Delivery of a brand new car for the collection of bulky waste for Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej Sp. z o. o. in Stargard includes:
