The works include the expansion of the municipal technical institute at Rooienberg 20 in Duffel. For this, a house and the current gym have to be demolished. Afterwards, two new building blocks will be planned along the Kasteelstraat and a replacement new building on the site where the gym stood on the side of the Rooienberg. This involves renewing the exterior carpentry. This school is adjacent to the technical school at the rear.
