The Norwegian Directorate for Emergency Communication (DNK) has entered into a framework agreement for daily cleaning of their office premises in Oslo and Moss. The contract includes a total cleaning agreement where daily, monthly and annual cleaning is taken care of. The delivery shall include use of hygiene supplies and the annual wash down of the premises with polishing and cleaning floors.

There is a contract with 1 service provider for each office locality or jointly. The cleaning does not include the building's common areas where DNK shares this with other tenants.

The contract will be entered into for a period of 2 years. The Contracting Authority has an option for 2 years with extension of 1 year at a time.
