Due to legal obligations in the area of follow-up accommodation for refugees, the construction of new residential buildings is necessary. The buildings are to be realized in simple construction, e.g. by means of modular construction. In total, space is to be created for about 80 people, which are divided into about 20 residential units.

Structural design according to § 51 HOAI - work phases 1 - 6 + special performance (engineering control).

The commissioning of the service phases takes place in stages. The client is free in his decision about a further assignment; there is no entitlement to the transfer of further services.
