Supplementary and complementary health care service (Health Care Plan) in favor of military personnel in service of the Ministry of Defense.

The purpose of the Plan is to guarantee the health protection provided by the "Basic Policy" according to the conditions and methods described in the Technical Specifications and in the contract scheme through the provision of economic contributions.

The following coverages are also the subject of the contract, which can be activated on a voluntary basis by interested parties:

- extension of the Basic to family members of military personnel in service;

- extension of the Basic to retired military personnel and their families;

- activation of the PLUS policy for military personnel in service and their families, retired military personnel and their family members

Conditions and methods of execution are indicated in the tender specifications, in the contract outline and in the Technical Specifications, documents that altogether

establish the economic conditions and technical characteristics of the services required.

The assignment will take place through an open procedure pursuant to art. 71 of Legislative Decree 36/2023 (hereinafter: Code).

The tender will be awarded to the competitor who has offered the lowest annual gross contribution per capita, with the criterion of the lowest price, on the obvious basic contribution equal to

A: Euro 49,00 (insurance taxes, other taxes and membership fees included).

The annual contribution per capita will remain unchanged for the entire duration of the contract, whatever the number of policyholders and is not subject to indexation, except as indicated for the price revision clause.

For the assistance provided to military personnel in service, the gross annual contribution will be fully borne by the A.D.

For assistance on a voluntary basis in favor of the family unit of the military in service, of retired military personnel and of the family unit of retired military personnel, as well as for the activation of the Plus Policy whatever the category to which they belong, the contribution will be fully borne by each assisted person who has applied for membership.

The quotations of the services that can be activated on a voluntary basis constitute a mandatory commitment for the competitor, under penalty of exclusion, but, not generating charges for the Administration, they do not contribute to the estimated amount of the contract and will not be evaluated and compared for the purposes of the award.
