The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from real estate inhabited in the municipality of Zakrzew, and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, hereinafter referred to as the PSZOK point.
1) Collection of municipal waste from real estate residing in the municipality of Zakrzew, and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, hereinafter referred to as the PSZOK point.
2) Transport of collected municipal waste.
3) Management of collected waste in accordance with the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities of 13 September 1996 (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 2151), i.e.: transfer of separately collected municipal waste collected from property owners and from the PSZOK point to waste recovery and disposal installations, in accordance with the waste hierarchy referred to in Article 17 of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 2151); transfer of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste to a municipal installation in accordance with Article 29a of the Waste Act.
4) Ongoing supply of served households with bags as described in point 3. The number of bags will be equal to the number of waste bags collected. In the case of a large number of bags with waste, the Contractor is obliged to leave a maximum of 4 bags.
5) Before proceeding with the execution of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Commune Office of Zakrzew with a stock of bags for waste of any type in the amount of 300 pcs. and replenish this stock at the request of the ordering party max 8000pcs.
6) Supplying households with calendars with a collection schedule and information on the proper segregation of waste. The schedule should be in an attractive graphic form, minimum A5 format, minimum weight 250.
7) The minimum required payment deadline of 14 days from the date of receipt of the invoice together with the attachments by the Ordering Party.
8) The Contractor is to ensure the management of the collected municipal waste in a way that ensures that the Ordering Party achieves appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reduces the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities.
9) The contracting authority in the proceedings in question applies a social clause pursuant to Article 95(1) of the Public Procurement Law. Detailed description of the order contained in the SWZ.
